Admitted single Learner Direct Registration by the School Admin

There are times that a school may want to admit learners internally by themselves without letting them apply for admission online through the school’s website/landing page. In such a case, the school conducts admission manually and only registers learners that they have admitted online by themselves. They go online to register them directly to the list of approved learners who applied. It does not go through the pending stage anymore. They can either do this individually for learners or in bulk.

To do it individually, take the following steps -

  1. Login to your school admin dashboard
  2. Click on Learner Management
  3. Click on the Approved learners button
  4. Click on Add Learner. You will see each complete registration added to the list of Approved learners.

  6. For every learner registered this way or as bulk, the default password is - 123456.
